6 - 9 SQUAD MEMBERS 1 Hour per week = $35 per month 1� Hours per week = $42 per month 2 Hours per week = $50 per month

10 or More SQUAD MEMBERS 1 Hour per week = $30 per month 1� Hours per week = $40 per month 2 Hours per week = $45 per month

$15 Discounted Membership Fee (Once a Year)
First & Last Months Tuition due at Registration
Must give a 30 day written NOTICE TO DROP from the program
If squad enrollment falls below the minimum required, tuition is subject to change
and/or class will be opened to other students.
